Objectives of the Forum

Our customer forum is to allow direct feedback from our customers, and help promote our facilities in a positive light. We also aim to form a representative sample of our stakeholders.

Aims of our Customer Forum

We aim to foster a lasting partnership and understanding between the centre's staff and its customers.

The customer forum aims to work in partnership to create a superior service for our customers, and to help Hornsea Leisure Centre make a difference to the local community.
